Reclaim Your PowerKnow Your Worth. Then Live Like You Know It.
— Kim Fulcher —

You do confidence. You do not feel your way into it. You behave your way into it. And that changes everything about how you approach the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
Confidence is not something you either have or you do not. It is not a personality trait you were born with or missed out on. It is a skill. And like every skill, it is built through practice.
Here is how to practice it.
1. Stop Comparing Yourself to Others
Every time you compare yourself to someone else, you lose. Not because you are not as good as them, but because you are comparing your inside experience to their outside presentation. You are comparing your unfiltered reality to their highlight reel.
The only comparison worth making is this: are you better today than you were yesterday? That is the only scorecard that matters.
When you scroll past someone else’s success and feel yourself contract, catch it. Your worth is not diminished when another person succeeds. There is enough. What they have does not take from what you can have.
You do confidence. Let me show you how.
2. Handle Your Business
Self-trust is built one promise at a time. Every time you say you are going to do something and you do it, you deposit into your account. Every time you avoid, procrastinate, or back out, you make a withdrawal.
Most people do not have a confidence problem. They have a follow-through problem. And the erosion is slow and quiet enough that they do not notice it happening until they look in the mirror and realize they do not trust themselves anymore.
Pick one thing you have been avoiding. Handle it this week. Not all of it. One thing. Notice how you feel about yourself after.
3. Build Your Information Base
Confidence grows when you know what you are doing. Uncertainty is uncomfortable, and most people respond to it by backing away from the thing that makes them uncertain. But information is the antidote to that fear.
Whatever you are going after, learn about it. Not as a way to keep preparing instead of starting, but as a genuine investment in your competence. The more you know, the braver you feel. The braver you feel, the more you do. The more you do, the more evidence you gather that you can.
That is the cycle. You trust yourself by behaving in a trustworthy manner. It starts with one step.
