Change That Sticks3 Steps to Change Anything
— Kim Fulcher —

Most women know something is not working. The problem is not awareness. The problem is permission. Permission to actually look at it, name it, and decide what you want instead.
Something in your life is not working and you already know it. You have known it for a while. But knowing is not the same as doing anything about it, and most women stay stuck right there, in the gap between knowing and moving, because looking at the truth feels like it will require something big of them. It does not. The first step is simply this: let yourself see it.
1. Tell the Radical Truth
Change does not start with a plan. It starts with honesty. Real, specific, no-softening honesty about what is not working in your life.
Vague dissatisfaction does not produce change. Telling yourself you are unhappy with your finances is not the radical truth. The radical truth sounds like: I am in credit card debt, I spend more than I earn every month, and I have been looking away from this for two years. That is specific. That is something you can work with.
The first thing to do this week is give yourself permission to know without having to do anything about it yet. You do not have to blow your life up. You do not have to have a plan. You just have to stop pretending you do not see it.
Tell the radical truth.
2. Get Specific
Once you have given yourself permission to look, go deeper. Vague dissatisfaction produces vague results. Specific truth produces specific change.
Go through each area of your life, your health, your relationships, your career, your finances, your home, your personal life, your spiritual connection, and for each one write down exactly what is not working. Not the feeling. The fact. The more specific you are, the more power you have.
This is not about judging yourself. It is about seeing clearly so you can decide what you want instead.
3. Define What You Want Instead
This is the step most women skip, and it is the most important one. The moment you name what is not working, immediately ask: what do I want instead?
That pivot, from problem to possibility, is where your power lives. It redirects your energy from frustration to direction. You stop feeding the thing that is not working and start pulling toward the thing you actually want.
Practice this as a daily muscle. Every time something irritates you, every time something feels off, pause and ask: what do I want instead? Start with small moments. Work up to the big ones. There is magic in that momentum.
I do not think you even get like an inch of how strong you are right now, but you will.
